Less then a week to go untill it is party time!

We have less then a week to go before our grand opening March contest is live and man am I excited about it. We have lots of great prises to hand out over the entire month. That’s right, there will be prises handed out every day for the whole month, and sometimes there will even be 4 or 5 prises a day. How cool is that?

You may be wandering what kind of prises we are going to be having during our contest and all I can say is your just going to have to come back March 1st and see. What I will tell you is that we have prises worth over $4000.00 in cash value and a crap load of Entrecard credits to give away. So at this point you may be asking why did I decide to wait until March to have a grand opening contest, and that is a simple question to answer.

So why did we wait?

I decided to wait till after our first month live was over simply because when blogger’s show up for the contest I wanted there to be a nice amount of content ready for them to read. There is nothing worse then heading over to a contest and finding out that in order to enter the contest to have to make a blog post about it and there is no content to relate to or to talk about in your post. At least that’s what I think anyways. Also I wanted to make sure the layout was done and everything looked good, and loaded fine.

Another reason why I am so pumped about this contest and why I feel it is going to be a huge success is because we have a lot of great sponsors who donated some very nice prises to it. With out there help and support the contest might of only been a week long, with them I was able to work things to last a full month which is so nice and will be a lot of fun for all of us. I am however still working on a few last minuet prises to give away, like a hosting package and I hope things work that I can get one, like who would not want another website for a year free?

So remember one thing over the next week, and you may want to right it down on a sticky note and place it on your monitor, Saturday March 1st we will be kicking off the largest blog contest so far this year and to swing by and make sure you enter for your chance at a lot of great prises, and yes you can win more then once.
