“affiliate programs”

Ever wander what is the best method to promote your affiliate programs. In today’s video I explain a method that I think is one of the best.

Watch today’s video here or read the entire post below!

Like I said in today’s video, one of the best ways to promote your affiliate programs that I have ever seen is to create a whole new category in your blog for that program.

Let me explain!

Lets say you are using Neverblue ads as an affiliate program which you are very happy with and you are making money online with and you want to refer your readers to, so they can give them a try. If you just create a post about them in a regular category like making money as the months pass by it will be very hard for new readers to your blog to find that article.

What is the cure?

Well, what I have seen to work very well, and a method I will very soon be incorporating into this blog is to create a totally new category in your blog for that program. If you are going to do a review of Neverblue ads, make them a category on your blog so your article is easier to find. Not only will your readers find that article faster and hopefully sign up to your program, having a separate category named after that program will help with you getting ranked in search engines for the program which in return will bring you some more sign ups.

The reason why you don’t see anything like this on this blog yet is because I still have my programs saved as a draft on this site and I am just making sure ever reads well, and I still have to make the video’s for them yet too. But if you want proof that I am doing this head on over to Toolbelt Tips dot com and have a look. When ever I do a review on that site of a product I want people to find it fast so the products name becomes a new category in that blog. This method will also help in drawing in site sponsors as well as advertisers. And you know, if B5media likes an idea and thinks it is great, it will work!

I hope you found today’s post helpful!

    Thanks for the video Collin

I have thought about making categories for the affiliate programs I promote but then I thought my site might look like it has category overload.

Well if you have 50 or site programs lined up people might think it will look funny, but 10 or so to me is no big deal.

Consolidate them after a while. 1 category for all affiliate programs related to blogging and so one…..assuming you promote different products/programs related to the same category.

If you promote 100 completely seperate entity’s, then you may have a big problem.
