Affiliate Marketing Income Report for June 2009

Posted on July 1st, 2009 by Collin in affiliate marketing

Ok, I will admit it – I am glad this month is over. I often wandered if there was any type of trouble you could get into working the way I do and I sure found out this month exactly what could happen.

When all was said and done for the month of June I am actually glad I lost my main advertiser for most of the month. This gave me a chance to test out my traffic and see if it could actually convert on other offers as well as it really opened my eyes to the fact that I am glad I did branch out into other advertisers and not just rely on one of them.

Ok, so now lets get to the meat of this post – the money!

Regular Network Earnings

  • Neverblue Ads – $8440.38
  • Media Trust – $3208.52
  • Azoogle Ads – $644.82
  • Hydra Network – $318.94
  • Karaktr Track – $83.20
  • Pepperjam Network – $82.04
  • Market Leverage – $50.84
  • Lead Expose – $43.91

Affiliate Network Regular Earninhs Total – $12,872.65

Recurring Affiliate Network Commissions

  • Inlink – $68.98
  • Unique Article Wizard – $32.19
  • PPC Coach – $254.99

Recurring Affiliate Income Total – $356.16

Monthly Sub Total – $13,228.81

Expenses for June 2009

  • Dedicated Server – $154.00
  • Unique Article Wizard – $70.00
  • PPC Coach – $49.00
  • Godaddy Domains – $200.00

Total Expenses – $473.00

Net Profit for June 2009 – $12,755.81

Despite losing my main advertiser which consisted of 50% of my income last month, I was still able to post an increase in earnings of $498.78

LMAO – If you look at my goals that I set last month for June you will see they all got blown to hell. I don’t think I am going to publicly post my goals anymore. Makes me look bad – kind of.

For the most part I am shooting to break $15000.00 for July. I never had a chance because of my advertiser issue last month to even look at PPC, but I am this month forsure. As far as I am concerned, it is a must.

My Conclusion

I am very happy I hit what I did for June 2009. I had some very big stumbling blocks to  get over, which I did. Plus I had to learn how to build site, and do what I do on a completely different tool – My Macbook Pro (which I will be showing you guys very soon) I was down a week total with gettingthe new computer set up and running – so that was a week of last time.

All in all – good month regardless and I am very comfortable knowing I have a completly solid business built now. Cya Later Plumbing!

All things considered – you still have to be happy with your results. I think you are right – you need to spread yourself over more than one affiliate. One of these months everything will come together and work perfectly for you – watch your dollars jump then.

Hey Collin, thanks for sharing with us!

    Great month considering the hurdles!

I sent you a few messages from the contact form on this page, not sure if you got ‘em. It was a few weeks ago. I brought it up because I see Jacques wrote you too and didn’t get through. Looking forward to talking sometime soon.

    Cheers!

Even if you didn’t hit your goals, you still did GREAT for June. There are many affiliates who can’t even break the $1000 mark, so congrats on making what can take months to rack up with a salary or getting started with affiliate marketing. Let us know if there’s anything we can do to help!

    Hi Collins,

thanks for the inspiration. Just a quick question. You don’t use any PPC? or is your traffic purely from creating mini-sites?

    Thanks, Mike

Very positive influencing post Collin. I gotta say, I started checking your blog out from time to time last Summer when you were on TAC. Although the show in my opinion was a failure, you’ve definitely came along way. Although I *shamelessly* can’t say I’m to the level your at of making $10k a month, if I ever do, that’ll be a success.

Keep up the good work and I’ll definitely be checking back in on this blog more often to keep up with your progress. Take it easy…

Awesome figures Colin. You lose your biggest advertiser and still manage to make more than 99% of people online haha. I don’t think that figure of $15,000 will have been too much of a problem for you :)
