Feed Flare Media Is Live – What Offers Do You Want To See?

Posted on February 23rd, 2010 by Collin in affiliate networks

Well, it has taken a few weeks to get done but I can finally say with extreme pride that Feed Flare Media is now live! There are a few things still to get done like a actual home page for the network. I had a graphic guy working on it, he got as far as making a new logo and then poof! He was gone! If you know of a good graphics guy, let me know!

Currently right now there are around 40 or so offers live inside the network and yes, they are mostly health product related offers. Not junky ones though, offers that are going to be sticking around a while that are all FTC Compliant and allow duo flog landing pages. Feed Flare Media even has 8 health offers that are compliant to run on Google Adwords! It was very nice to see that kind of quality in the network right off the hop.

Here are just a few key features built into Feed Flare Media that I think are super features for all affiliates to have in a network they are running offers with, and these features are exactly what I was looking for and wanted from networks I was working with in the past! Enjoy Them!

First is that Feed Flare Media has it’s own built in ad manager. You can load the ad manager up with your banners and affiliate links, then set it live on which ever ad network your buying traffic from and let the ad manager track everything for you, right from inside your affiliate center. Great feature for all you media buyers out there!

Feed Flare Media also uses impression based cookies. What are impression based cookies? Well, instead of your visitors having to click on one of your links in order for you to get credit for a lead, all that has to happen with Feed Flare Media’s links is for your page to load. This way ( and this happens all the time) if your visitor decides to type in the product name and by pass your affiliate links to get the product you are still getting credit for the lead. Just an extra way for you to improve your ROI at the end of the day (and mine too)!

Place your own pixels! No more hounding your affiliate managers to place pixels for you, you can do it right from inside the offer page it’s self, where you grab your affiliate links from.

10% profit sharing on affiliate referrals you send to Feed Flare Media FOR LIFE, plus have full detailed reports of all affiliate sign ups under your affiliate link and what they have earned.

No Pre Set conversion rates. If you are super good at affiliate marketing and you can drive quality traffic and get leads, you get paid for all your leads. If there is any need to remove a lead, (sometimes pixels fire twice on the same ip address) you will be provided with a full report. Everything about Feed Flare Media is on the up and up – 100% transparent! That’s how I affiliate market and that’s how I run thing in my network.

There is a bunch more features packed into Feed Flare Media and a bunch more set to go live very shortly too.

What Offers Would You Like To See?

Not to many networks ask there affiliates, what they would like to see for offers so I figured I would ask you guys. There is no point in me filling up Feed Flare Media with a bunch of offers no one is going to run just to say I have thousands of offers. That is a pile of work for me and a pile of junk you would have to sift through to find what your looking for. Leave a comment after this post with your idea’s for offers.

With that all said, I hope to see you there and if not, I will for sure keep you updated and how things are going and I will still post my own private affiliate earnings reports on a monthly basis as well. Not the networks!

Congrats on the Feed Flare Media launch, Collin. One thing I noticed here is that you set a goal and you follow through execution.

Collin you are a great guy and it’s great to see you going into the network side of things, but I think you should drop the HasOffers platform and choose another. Because HasOffers offers a free license, it has essentially become eponymous with shady “wannabe” networks that fold after a few weeks. If you want to attract any of the serious big-time affiliates you should choose something like LinkTrust or Hitpath.

    @Mark:
One of the most popular networks Tatto Media uses this platform and speaking with them personally to see how they like the platform was my reason for actually going with it. It is a great place to start and I will never use Hitpath ever. Link trust was my second choice.

I do not plan on ever going anywhere so me bailing in a few weeks or even a few months will never happen. Remember, I have my own affiliate marketing efforts that I do so I will always have to keep the doors open :)

Yes you have got this launched quite quickly. I remember you were just discussing the potential of this project recently. Now suddenly you have your own affiliate network. Nice work man. As for what offers to promote, I think you may need to slowly expand to cover more niches. Then as you see which niches your members are interested in, you can expand the better performing ones.

Affiliate referral marketing is essential for any affiliate marketing business. If you do not somehow refer potential customers to your business you will not have a business at all. Your dream of a home-based business with affiliate programs will not happen, if you do not get involved in affiliate referral marketing.

I think that’s probably true battery. You won’t get anything without investing into referrals, quality ones at that.

    Till then,

Is there a way to get the tracking code displayed for the current page? I look forward to my home page hits in the Site Stats Pro, but your plugin appears to only display the script at the bottom of each post. For now, I have checked the FeedFlare on the Home page box, but that doesn’t seem like the right solution.

I have had no problem using Feedburner FeedFlare to date. If you have tried selecting again and saving again then I have no idea why it wouldn’t be working. You would probably be best to contect Feedburner support about this. Thanks for your query.

Well, it’s almost my favorite time of the month when I get to do my income report for my affiliate marketing earnings. I did run into a few issues in February that held me back a lot from increasing to where I should of been.

I wish I could help you, but I’m using Typepad. Don’t have to add anything, just tick the box for “add feedflare” in my Typepad dashboard and I’m all set. Typepad takes care of the rest (after I set up with Feedburner what I want to appear of course).

One thing I have noticed a lot and even at my current stage is, there is not a lot of help out there from most networks I have dealt with. Heck, most affiliate managers don’t even know what Media Buying is so, how can they help you? I plan on changing all that. Proper Education is the key to everyone’s success and having a resource center to help affiliates grow is also key.
