Direct Agents Affiliate Marketing Challenge with Bidz.com

Direct Agents Interactive Advertising has teamed up with one of my most favorite advertisers Bidz.com to bring you a chance to win some great prizes. If you have been looking for a way to break into the affiliate marketing industry and have been having problems trying to find an offer you can trust to build a site around – those days are over.

The whole goal behind this contest is to drive traffic to Bidz.com through Direct Agents and possibly win a great prize for doing so. Between the dates of February 15th 09 to April 15th 09 if you are able to drive enough targeted traffic to Bidz.com you could be the winner of one of the following prizes.

As I am sure you can see, those are not small prizes at all – like who would not want a chance at anyone of those prizes. Did you see that beach in that picture? The Caribbean is one of the nicest places to go on a holiday in the entire world,but if you want your chance to go – your going to have to work at it. Don’t worry though if your not into ppc that’s fine. There are plenty of other ways a person (including me) could win this contest. Bidz.com is an online jewelry auction site – well – the biggest online jewelry auction site. Members join Bidz.com if they are looking for huge savings on new and used jewelry – just like eBay buy only focusing on one basic market instead of all of them. Bidz is actually a really nice site.

Why build an affilite site around Bidz?

There are many reasons why it is good to build a site that sends your visitors to Bidz.com. The first is, jewelry sales online are always constant. There are peaks for jewelry sales like at Christmas time and Valentines day but for the most part – this is one of the few offers you will ever comes across that can be a good income producer all year round.

Bidz is a Brand and a trusted name in the jewelry sales community. Unlike a lot of the health supplement offers that are out there right now, you will never find anything bad to read about the actual company them selves. That makes it a lot easier to get conversions and with the conversion rate of $8.00 per free signup lead through Direct Agents you are bound to make some great money on a regular basis.

How you can build an affiliate site based around just Bidz!

One thing I have noticed in the past 2 months is – when you read that market may be saturated and it’s not worth your time to get into it – who ever said that is wrong. There is always room! But to help you get idea’s of how you can make a website that sends your traffic to Bidz and makes you money,  I have taken a screen shot of Googles Keyword Tool after I typed in the word Jewelry. As you can tell below there are a lot of area’s a person can build a niche jewelry site that has a ton of searches for that term everyday.

PPC traffic is heavy for all of these terms – there is no doubt about that. That is also why I do not do much with Google Adwards either. But organically there is room for a bunch of great affiliate sites. And remember – at $8.00 per free sign up to Bidz – you can make some nice money and even maybe win one of the great prizes from Direct Agents.

The steps for making an affiliate site for Bidz.com

• Pick a micro niche in the jewelry industry (silver jewelry, celtic jewelry and so on)
• Check the first page in Google for competition
• Buy a domain name that is keyword loaded ( buysilverjewelry.com – example only)
• Get hosting and wordpress on it
• Write articles based around silver jewelry (good content that is readable) include pictures too
• Complete your site and bookmark it to get it indexed

Once you have your account approved (let me know if you apply so I can get your account opened up faster then normally) you will have to apply to run the Bidz offer for this contest. You will get approved right away for that too, and then your off to the races.
