Long term website building takes time!
Building a foundation of websites you can earn money from for a long time, simple takes time to do. This is from my opinion, one of the hardest and most frustrating ways to earn money online but is also a system of earning money that will be very stable for you and a very low risk as well.
Finding good domain names has to be the hardest part about building websites. There are so many people out there that just buy domains and sit on them, its kind of frustrating. One good thing about what domain squatters do is they only go after the dot com names. That is fine with me because Google, Yahoo and MSN don’t care what your sites name is as I have placed myself with almost every dot net name I have right on the front page of the search engines. So there!
The biggest tip I can ever give anyone who wants to build a portfolio of money making websites is that you are going to spend time doing it. This is not an over night process in any way shape or form. Some of your sites you are going to build may not ever sell anything, which will leave you at that point with the choice of either putting AdSense on the site to earn some money or selling the domain. Either way, your going to make some money with everything you do.
This week I am going to show you in a tutorial video how you can find niches very fast with Neverblue Ads so you can start to build your portfolio of websites.

Hey there Collin, how was your summer? I had the busiest summer I’ve had in years. A lot of fun fishing this year.
I certainly agree that creating a money making site for the long haul takes some time.
I like to buy domains and hold them for a while, sometimes I use them right away but most of the time I just hold them for 6 months to a year before doing anything with them. Sometimes I hold them for a year and then decide not to bother renewing them. I get more on my plate than I can handle, I guess.
Just this morning I started using three or four domains that have been just waiting to be put into action.

ReplyHi James, it was very busy for me. I have been building like mad and finally making some money too
I have gotten to the point where I almost have to many sites going, time to start building landing pages with affiliate offers on them so I can just leave them alone for a while.
Time is an understatement. Work methodically, it is not get rich quick.
Reply@Collin, I do agree with ‘Build a niche’, the mistake most people make is as soon as the have a site up live, the next thing is how can I monetise it? It took me about 7months before I started reaping my benefits.
Easy does it dude.
