Top 5 list of why you should review what ever you do!

Some bloggers get lost in the whole “only post about your niche” concept and to me they are leaving a lot of great information on the table that never gets posted on about there personal life (which we all know helps to build a loyal reader base) which they can also use to increase traffic and links to their blogs. Today’s post is going to show you my top 5 list of why you should review what ever you do on your blog’s.

5 – You are able to build a loyal reader base! You readers will understand more about you and your writing style if they understand who you are as a person by the things you do. An example of this is I would never of known that John Chow is a caring loving father of a beautiful little girl if he never posted about her or had her in some of his video’s. Seeing that a few times on his site has built a stronger following for me as I have gained more respect and admiration for him as a person. He is no longer a means for me to learn to make money online.

4 – You are able to build more traffic! An example of this is when I got back from Vegas I posted about my trip and also made some video’s of it. Since I have done this I have received traffic from search engines from people looking to get information on the MGM grand Hotel (according to Woopra Analytics) and in my mind traffic is traffic!

3- You will get links back! A lot of webmasters build sites just for Adsense and when they have a topic they want to build a site on they do a search on that topic and if your article comes up on what ever activity you reviewed that you did they take a small portion of it and put it on there website and link to the rest of your article. So in short you get a link back to that article giving it stronger authority and you get traffic from that site as well from people searching on that topic which could give you more readers in the long run.

2 – You are able to keep your readers interested! Ever notice that with certain blogs you read that you only go back to them when there is something different on them. When you start reading a blog for the first time you go through a lot of there posts and gather as much information as you can. But at some point you just stop going to that site because the information is always the same. By changing up what you post about you can keep you readers coming back and build more then just loyal readers, you can build friends by simply reviewing something that you did that was different.

1 – You get mega tax deductions! Ok so if your making money online or plan to then you really want to review what ever you can on your blog that you do in your personal life off line. Writing about your most recent trip or the dinner you have last night with your wife at a nice restaurant is tax deductible if you post about it (depending on where you live and your tax laws) and this tip comes right from one of the blogspheres biggest blogger’s John Chow who does this all the time and is currently doing this while he is in China!

I hope this list has helped you all in some way and the purpose behind this post is to really point out just a few reasons why reviewing something you did off line can help you out online. I am not saying to go out and start doing paid reviews from places like PPP or Review Me, just showing once and a while there is a lot more to you then your online life can really help grow your online life.
