The race is on!

“The race is on”

2320560032_094fa5a383_m The race is on!Well it looks like my grand opening contest was outdone by a veteran contest runner, but at least I held the top spot for the largest blog contest this year for a few weeks. Winning the Web has decided to run another contest and yet again it is a big one. For those of you who don’t know who Gyutae Park is and what his site is about I urge you to go over and have a look. One of the reasons why I made my first Feed Flare contest as big as I did was simply because of the success he has had in the past with similar contests.

What I mean by saying the race is on is I want to see by the end of the month, when Gyutae’s contest and my contest are over who has been able to draw in the most entries. There is no bet going or anything between us, it is more just my curiosity kicking in. To be honest with you I think my grand opening march contest is a lot easier to enter and your chances of winning our $500.00 grand prize are a lot better then your chances at pulling off a prize over at Winning the Web. The reason for that is Gyutae is going to have a lot of entries into his contest, as he has close to 500 readers and has been running his website about 4 times longer then I have been active. Which is great, he really does have a nice site with some great posts but if your goal is to win a contest then you might want to get your entry in here.

Gyutae has managed to pick up some great sponsors for his contest with cash prizes hitting over the 1k mark. Very nice work there grabbing the great prizes. All in all I wish Winning the Web nothing but great success for their contest and look forward to hopefully seeing my name get drawn at the end of the month for one of his 32 prizes he is giving out. And just to be clear, I am not saying not to enter his contest, enter both and increase your chances to win some money even more.

It’s great that you are having such a great contest Collin. I’ve actually just got done mentioning you in a blog entry that should be published fairly soon. Don’t forget about the banging contest over @ TheUniversityKid too! You all seem to have great contests running ;)
