The Man With The Plan!
Yesterday Mark from 45n5 was asking his readers to leave a comment with there online business model or what it was and even if they had one. I was going to leave a comment on his blog but I decided to write about it instead. I didn’t want to consume his comment section with a post like remark, unlike what I did today.
I have been blogging for almost a year now and it has taken me almost the same amount of time to figure out what I really wanted to do online for making money. I think everyone, or at least lots of people are looking to the Internet as a way to improve there quality of life or to try and find that get rich quick scheme that does not exist (us bloggers know that). When what is really needed is a plan or model like Mark said but you also need to understand the business first. You can’t just wake up one day and say I am going to make a living online. You need to fully understand all aspects of the online world then make your business model to build from.
I know that with me understanding what SED is and how to use it with PPC ad networks and affiliate sites and so on I will be able to build myself a very nice online income over the next year which I have all ready started doing. Yes, it is going to take me a year to do! What I have had to do is take money I have made online and reinvest it. I don’t not have extra money from my house hold income to play with so it might take me a bit longer to get to my goals, which is fine with me because I am not impacting my family by what I am doing until such time. It will also feel great when I am making huge money or enough to leave the world as a plumber and just be a stay at home blogger and Internet marketer because I don’t have any formal background with building websites or making money online so it will be something I have done totally on my own, and with the help of some other great bloggers as well.
So in closing for all you wanna bee internet millionaires and bloggers, learn all you can and as much as you can then make your plan and giver! And I am glad to see Mark your shooting for your goals but doing it smartly.
