We are moving on up!

“Moving on up”

It brings me extreme pleasure to announce today that Feed Flare is moving on up into the realm of high tech blogging. There are a few great new features I have decided to introduce into this site and today’s post is all about what is to come.

First off I want to thank everyone who has joined my grand opening contest, starting Saturday I will be handing out the prizes more regularly and really picking up the pace so if your interested in any of the prizes we still have to give away please take the time and get your entry in so you don’t lose out.

OK now onto whats going on here starting no later then April first. As you may have seen in the past where I was posting on how you do certain things with with Feedburner I would take a bunch of screen shots and put arrows on them to show you what to do. Well, those messy days of posting are soon to be gone as I am working with a new program called “Cam Studio” to make any lessons I feel I need to give a lot better. What is Cam Studio, it is a program that allows me to record what I am doing on my computer and display it back to you as a video. So when I need to show you how to sign up for something, you will be able to see exactly what I am doing the whole way through. Cool eh!

I have also purchased a few new toys for blogging as well. The biggest thing I bought was a new Camcorder. That’s right folks, real video blogging will be starting here on Feed Flare. I have always liked watching certain Video’s made by bloggers as it really gives you’re readers a incite on who you are and what your about. You’re personality comes out more, and you can also drive up more traffic to your site by posting those Video’s on You Tube. I am very excited about my first post by video, and a bit nervous as well. whats if you guys think I am a goof, then what? lol

I am also considering doing podcasts, but I am not to sure about doing that. If you decide to leave a comment today let me know your thoughts on podcasts, as I am still up in the air about them. I have heard a few podcasts that other bloggers do and I liked them but am unsure if other bloggers really like them as I don’t see a lot of people doing them.

We also have news letters coming here soon too. News Letters are huge as far as Internet marketing is concerned and it is also great for people who do not want to receive emails from you everyday about your posts but rather would have one email once a week and be able to chose which topics  they want to  read. For me it is just another point of great service that bloggers should all have open to there readers.
