We all want the big bucks from “online affiliate marketing” but it seems that these days every blog I go to is promoting the same programs. Don’t you think if we all promote the same programs only some of us are going to make money online?
The problem is, and I pointed this out in the today’s video, is that we see one person making money online with a program so we all try it. Well that one person is going to make all the money and we are not going to make crap all. We need to have to start thinking outside of the box a lot more if we ever want to make money online affiliate marketing.
Finding something new and safe!
There are so many different affiliate programs out there and all we need to do is look for them. Some even pay very high rates for sign ups. Company’s like PayPerPost pay $15.00 for sign ups. When I was using them on one of my other blogs I made 75 bucks in a matter of hours just getting a few people to sign up to use there services. The bad thing I didn’t know back then was that Google removed a sites rank for using them and PPP never paid me. That is what I am talking about when I say safe programs. I don’t want to see anyone hurt or there sites rank gone because of something I said to use. Lesson learned though and from now on if I promote something it sure as heck needs to be safe.
So my new goal, other then “making money online video blogging” is to also find some new affiliate programs to market and share with my readers.

Two problems, and they both kinda connect to the same thing…you have to promote what your market is buying.
Problem 1 – If 500 bloggers are in the same niche, they will be selling at least some of the same products…not much of a way around that. You have to find a unique niche first.
Problem 2, and the most prevalent one – Newbie affiliates are making 0 for one main reason, and you hit it…..following a big dog blindly WITH NO REGARD FOR THEIR MARKET; HELLOOOOOOO People.
If the almighty CHOW is making $500 a minute selling big screen TV’s, that does not mean your list of radio enthusiasts are going to do the same.
Hellooooo is this thing on? Does anyone see the ultimate silliness here??

ReplyHey Dennis, thanks for commenting and your right…….there is one word though that somes up what we need to do and I think that word is “Vision” or at least have some of it anyways.
ReplyOf course, we all must have it. You can still sell the same stuff, but it all depends on how you do it…have your own “voice”.

I have three I use.
1. GoDaddy, residual income.
2. HostGator, again residual income
3. BANS – Build A Niche Store.
