Contests are flowing like mad right now in the blogsphere and most of these contests require you to subscribe to hosts RSS feeds. This is by far one of the best ways to increase your readerships as well as traffic to your site. The other most common way to enter a contest is by linking back to the site that is promoting the contest through a post on your site.
